Rate: €550-600 per/day, depending on experience

We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant with experience in Customer Engagement to join our Dublin-based client’s team. The successful candidate will be integral to the design, development and implementation of Dynamics and collaborate directly with clients to offer clear, concise business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business users to capture requirements and translate them into tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions across core modules.
• Set up and adapt CE, extending functionality with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to build and deliver complete solutions.
• Contribute to testing cycles, end-user training and adoption support.
• Assist with go-live, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation.
• Maintain awareness of the latest features and updates within Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 3^rd Level education in related disciplines and relevant certifications.
• Robust understanding of Dynamics and knowledge of Power Platform.
• Demonstrable record in a similar role involving CE.
• Understanding of data migration approaches, system integrations and reporting tools.
• Strong teamwork, written communication and analytical skills.
